Troye Sivan ha vinto il premio Best Australian Live Act, Tame Impala ha conquistato due premi tecnici per Kevin Parker, mentre BOY SODA, Kasey Chambers e The Teskey Brothers hanno brillato nelle rispettive categorie.
La serata ha celebrato anche i You Am I, indotti nella Hall of Fame da Daniel Johns. Laneway Festival ha ricevuto il primo Best Music Festival Award introdotto quest’anno.
