Apple ha ricevuto 23 nomination ai 4th Annual Children’s & Family Emmy Awards per otto programmi. “Time Bandits” guida con sette nomination, inclusa Outstanding Young Teen Series e Outstanding Lead Performer per Lisa Kudrow.
“Jane”, la serie ispirata a Jane Goodall, ha ottenuto tre nomination, mentre “Eva the Owlet” si è distinta come Outstanding Short Form Animated Program. Altri programmi nominati includono “Wonder Pets: In the City”, “Me”, “Goldie”, “Yo Gabba GabbaLand!” e “WondLa”.
Questi riconoscimenti seguono i sei premi vinti agli ultimi awards, tra cui Outstanding Preschool Series per “Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock” e Outstanding Fiction Special per “The Velveteen Rabbit”.
