Domenica 5 ottobre, Gordon Ramsay ha ospitato a Londra, presso il suo ristorante di Bishopsgate, l’evento esclusivo per la première della nuova serie di Apple TV+, “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars”, in arrivo globalmente il 10 ottobre.
La serata ha celebrato chef, ristoranti e collaboratori creativi protagonisti della serie, con interventi di Ramsay e la presenza di ospiti illustri come Jesse Burgess, Matt Abé, Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing, Clare Smyth e molti altri. La famiglia Ramsay, tra cui Tana, Matilda e Holly, ha partecipato all’evento accanto a chef e VIP internazionali.
La serie in otto episodi offre uno sguardo inedito nel mondo ad alta pressione della ristorazione stellata Michelin, seguendo chef di New York, Chicago, California, Regno Unito, Messico, Italia e Paesi nordici nella loro ricerca di perfezione.
