Lo scorso 5 settembre, al Toronto International Film Festival, Apple Original Films ha celebrato la prima mondiale del thriller ad alta tensione “The Lost Bus”, diretto dall’acclamato Paul Greengrass e interpretato da Matthew McConaughey e America Ferrera. Il film arriverà nei cinema selezionati il 19 settembre 2025 e sarà disponibile globalmente su Apple TV+ dal 3 ottobre 2025.
Alla premiere hanno partecipato il regista e gli attori principali, insieme al cast di supporto e ai produttori Jamie Lee Curtis, Jason Blum e Gregory Goodman. Presenti anche le persone reali che hanno ispirato alcuni personaggi del film.
Ispirato a eventi reali, “The Lost Bus” racconta la corsa disperata di un autista di scuola e di un’insegnante per salvare 22 bambini da uno degli incendi più devastanti degli Stati Uniti. Scritto e prodotto da Greengrass e Brad Ingelsby, il film vede anche la partecipazione di Yul Vazquez, Ashlie Atkinson e Spencer Watson.
